DOCUMENTS TO PRESENT FOR THE TRANSCRIPTION OF SWEDISH DEATH CERTIFICATE
– FOR EU CITIZENS
1) document (in original) concerning the death, with the attachment in Italian (according to the law UE 2016/1191 on public documents): this need to be requested at Skatteverket and is made of a certificate of death (dokument om dödsfall) and an attachment in Italian (italiensk bilaga). All pages need to be submitted.

2) a copy of the communication of the death (dödsbevis), issued by the physician, to request at Skatteverket.
3) an accompanying note stating name, surname, address, telephone number and email for any future reference and contacts
4) for non residents: specify in the accompanying note in which Italian Comune (municipality) the certificate of death must be transcripted (last place of residence of the deceased).
