In accordance with the general guidelines for event sponsorship provided on the Embassy’s website ( Become a sponsor – Ambasciata d’Italia Stoccolma ) we hereby announce the opening of submissions for expressions of interest to sponsor Italy’s National Day—Italian Republic Day—scheduled to be held at the Italian Embassy in Djurgården on the afternoon of 2 June 2025.
Interested parties may propose sponsorships either of a financial nature (monetary contributions) or a technical nature (provision of services and/or in-kind goods). Selected sponsors will receive benefits corresponding to the category outlined in the table attached to the guidelines:
Sponsorship proposals should be submitted no later than 10 April 2025 via email to eventi.stockholm@esteri.it , using the subject line “Sponsorship Italian Republic Day 2025.” Proposals must specify the amount and type of sponsorship offered (financial and/or technical).
The Embassy will assess all submissions in line with current regulations governing administrative actions and the above-mentioned sponsorship guidelines. Multiple sponsors may be considered. It should be noted that submitting a proposal does not obligate the Embassy to formalize a contract.
