World Week of Italian Cuisine 2019

“Food Education: The Culture of Taste” is the theme of the IV Week of Italian Cuisine in the World. The event will run in Stockholm from 18 to 27 November 2019 and aims to promote quality Italian cuisine and farm produce.

The Italian diplomatic network in Stockholm in collaboration with several partners will be very busy during the Week promoting numerous events: commercial promotion activities, seminars, meetings, tastings and dinners. Discussions will be held on highly topical subjects such as the Mediterranean diet as a healthy lifestyle and model of balanced nutrition available to all, the relationship between food and environmental sustainability, food education, territorial identities and biodiversity.
