Foreign investments attraction: Forum “Invest in Rome and Lazio” (Rome, December 5, 2018)

On December 5th, a forum will be held in Rome, at the Chamber of Commerce venue “Sala del Tempio di Adriano” with the title “Invest in Rome and Lazio”. The initiative is aimed at creating a bridge between SME and local Start-ups, consortiums, research centers located in Lazio Region and investors from the corporate and financial area (Business Angels, Venture Capital Funds and Private Equity Funds), with an interest in innovative companies with a high potential of growth. The project involves the Chamber of Commerce in Rome, UNIONCAMERE Lazio and Lazio Region.

The involved companies hail from the High Tech world (ICT, Telecom, IOT, cybersecurity, Fintech, Aerospace, Automotive, Life Science, Biotech, Greenpower, Greentech) and the branches of tourism and cultural heritage.

Thanks to a strong participation of Universities and Research Institutions, Lazio Region can boast a high amount of companies with a high-tech profile and a large potential, but not yet internationally known.

As of today, 37 companies have endorsed the initiative.

The forum will be structured in three different phases, an institutional welcoming followed by a presentation from the companies (Elevator Pitch) and B2B meetings between investors and companies.
