Ambassador Mario Cospito hosted a reception for a delegation of Italian healthcare managers currently visiting the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm in the framework of an educational programme organized by Bocconi University, the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and the University of Milan. The program, focusing on “health care logistics”, aims to help managers in developing innovative strategies to improve patient healthcare and patient health outcomes, by in-depth analysis of concrete examples from the Swedish health care experience. The event at the Residenza d’Italia has been organized together with Prof. Paolo Parini and Prof. Pamela Mazzocato of the Karolinska Institutet, with the contribution of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Sweden.
The initiative falls within the set of activities promoted by the Embassy for the valorization of Italian management and of the Italian scientific and academic community operating in major Swedish institutions.
