On the occasion of the second edition of the Italian Sports Day in the World, the Embassy of Italy will be present with an institutional stand and a staff representation at the Olympialoppet, an amateur running competition organised by the Swedish Olympic Committee.
The race, which will be held at the Stadion on Sunday 21 September with different categories for both children and adults, celebrates the 1912 Swedish Olympics, in which much of the race was run on the same course as the scheduled race.
At the institutional stand, visitors will also be able to obtain information on the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, learn more about Italy and the host regions of the games, and participate in a number of activities dedicated to young people, related to Italian sports and the mascots of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, Milo and Tina.
