Today 25 November, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, a “red bench”, symbol of the fight against violence against women, was also installed in the garden of the Italian Embassy in Stockholm.
On the occasion of the Italian Presidency of the G7, Italy decided to devote particular attention to the topic. A specific moment will be held today on the occasion of the G7 ministerial meeting in Fiuggi – Anagni, when the G7 Foreign Ministers will honor the city of Fiuggi with a red bench, symbol of the victims of femicide.
At the same time, the facade of the Farnesina will also be lit up in orange.
