Made in Italy Day was celebrated today at the Embassy, dedicated this year to promoting creativity, excellence and Italian “know-how” in the world.
After the last editions had been dedicated to specific themes and sectors, this year – at a time when Italian exports to Sweden are growing and more companies are entering this market – the first networking meeting extended to the entire Italian business community in Sweden was organised. The initiative was designed to share experiences, create new connections, enhance the contribution of the companies involved in an increasingly relevant and innovative economic presence and reflect together on how to “make a system” together.
Ambassador Pala opened the event by underlining the commitment to enhance the role played by Italian companies on Swedish territory, daily bearers of the excellence of Made in Italy in the most diverse sectors and the opportunity to create forms of comparison and coordination for a more effective overall market penetration and visibility of the Italian brand even beyond the sectors with which it is most easily associated in the local collective imagination.
