The World Week of Italian Cuisine has come to its second edition with the goal to internationally promote the culinary and enogastronomic traditions as distinctive signs for the Italian culture.
The second edition is held between November 20th-26th, 2017, and focuses on quality, sustainability, culture, food security, right to food, education, identity, territory and biodiversity.
There is also focus on the valorisation, also from a touristic point of view, of the territories, the itineraries of the Italian culinary art as well as the mediterranean diet, one of the elements that makes Italy the most healthy country in the world.
