On 15 April, a series of events will be held around the world to celebrate Italian Research Day in the World, an initiative of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Universities and Research.
In Stockholm, the Embassy has teamed up with the Karolinska Institute and Trieste’s Area Science Park to showcase the extraordinary talent that can be fostered through strong collaboration, in the dynamic and ambitious framework of bilateral agreements that support the Italian research abroad.
At the Karolinska Institute premises, the Italian Research Day in the World will start in the morning with a scientific session and a parallel session on Innovation, and close in the afternoon with an interinstitutional meeting with the Ambassador of Italy Michele Pala, the Vice President of KI, Professor Martin Bergö and Caterina Petrillo, President of the Area Science Park.
